Skilled Operator - 5 Shift Rotation

What you will do

As a Skilled Operator, you ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly. You will work in a 5-shift rotation and, together with your colleagues, keep production running.

Your duties consist of

• Operating and monitoring (bagging) machines and installations.

• Monitoring the production process and intervening in case of deviations.

• Solving minor malfunctions and reporting technical problems.

• Performing quality controls.

• Keeping machines and workplaces clean and safe.

You will contribute ideas for improvements and contribute every day to a safe working environment and a high-quality end product.

Who we are looking for
You take responsibility for your work and feel ownership of the production process. You have an eye for safety and quality, enjoy working together, and are willing to further develop yourself within a dynamic production environment.

In addition, you possess:

• A completed basic education, preferably in a technical, process, or production-oriented direction.

• Experience within a production or process environment, preferably in an automated production environment.

• Technical insight and the ability to identify deviations and malfunctions and, where possible, solve them independently.

• An accurate, proactive, and quality-oriented working attitude, with great attention to safety and continuous improvement.

• The willingness and flexibility to work in a five-shift rotation.
