What you'll do

As a Working Student Procurement (m/w/d), you will support our Procurement Team in managing supplier, price, and contract data and contribute to ensuring our purchasing processes run smoothly. In doing so, you will gain exciting insights into the strategic supplier management of an international e-commerce company.

You will work closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams, support the maintenance and analysis of relevant data, and help ensure the quality of our master data as well as compliance with contractual agreements. In the process, you will take on responsibility from the very beginning and gain valuable practical experience in international purchasing.

About your tasks

You will support the maintenance and management of supplier, price, and condition data in our systems and ensure high data quality.
You will support the maintenance and updating of contract and master data.
You will help analyze invoice, price, and condition discrepancies and assist in their clarification.
You will work closely with the Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams and support the optimization of administrative processes.
You will create evaluations and analyses in Excel and support the team in daily operational business as well as in exciting projects.

About you

You are an enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable course of study.
You have an interest in purchasing, supplier management, or contract management and want to gain practical experience in an international company.
You work in a structured, careful manner and have a good sense for numbers and details.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus.
You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working in a team.
