Do you have experience within Payments and want to apply your knowledge to complex issues at banks, financial institutions, and other players in the payment landscape?
As a Medior Payments Consultant at Projective Group, you help clients improve and innovate their payment processes, products, and services. You analyze complex issues, advise on solutions, and help clients to actually realize changes.
You will receive a great deal of autonomy within your assignments and work together with colleagues and client teams with various expertises. In addition, we look not only at what you already know about Payments today, but also at how you want to further develop your expertise and what contribution you want to make to our clients and the Practice.
Your Practice: Payments
Payments is constantly changing. New technology, changing customer behavior, regulation, and new market players ensure that organizations must continuously continue to develop their payment products and infrastructure.
Within our Payments Practice, consultants work with expertise across the entire payment chain. We support clients with issues surrounding strategy, processes, products, technology, infrastructure, implementation, and regulation.
You work together with colleagues who each have their own specialty. From instant payments and market infrastructures to cards, corporate payments, open banking, and digital currencies. Therefore, you do not need to master everything: we are specifically looking for someone who has already built up clear expertise within multiple Payments topics and wants to develop further in them.

We would love to meet you and hear more about your experience within Payments, the topics in which you have specialized, and where you want to grow further in your next step.
At Projective Group, people with different backgrounds, expertise, and personalities work together toward one shared ambition: distinct in drive, equal in ambition.
We specialize in the financial sector and combine substantive expertise with an entrepreneurial and accessible way of working. We work together with our clients, not just for them, and focus on solutions that actually work in practice.
This position aligns with level 3 – Leading: Proactive responsibility within our Professional Development Framework. This means that you operate independently as a consultant, take responsibility for client issues, and are increasingly seen as a substantive point of contact within your expertise. Additionally, we expect you to actively contribute to knowledge sharing, client relationships, and the further development of the Practice.
