Due to the growth of our production, we are looking for 8 Powder Pack Operators for our production location in Zwolle.

As a Powder Pack Operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing our packaging lines. You work according to the applicable schedule, specifications, and procedures, and ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.

In addition, you actively contribute ideas for improvements to processes, equipment, and working conditions. You work in a 5-shift rotation within a team of enthusiastic colleagues.

• Monitoring and controlling the production process and intervening in a timely manner where necessary.
• Correctly processing materials according to work orders and procedures.

• Correctly registering and managing all necessary process documentation.
• Performing quality controls and adhering to quality guidelines.
• Identifying and implementing improvements within the production process.
• Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

• MBO 3 or 4 working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Process Technology, Food Technology, or similar.
• Experience within a production environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated production or packaging lines.
• Experience with systems such as AS400, AMS, or SCADA is a plus.
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.
• Experience as an Operator is a bonus, but we explicitly also invite motivated candidates with technical insight to apply.
