In addition, you possess:

• Multiple years of experience managing IT teams within Application Management, Software Development, or Managed Services.
• Experience in building sustainable client relationships and managing stakeholders within complex organizations.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to make decisions independently and successfully realize initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with a coaching leadership style.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, ITIL, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in managing service delivery, operational performance, budgets, and risk management.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills.
• A customer-oriented attitude and the ability to build sustainable relationships.

A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in the field of IT or a similar field of study.

• Depending on your experience, a gross monthly salary between € 5,735 and € 7,455 based on full-time employment.
• 26 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

As a Manager within Netcompany, you are ultimately responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients. You lead a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for customer satisfaction, the quality of service delivery, operational performance, and the further development of business-critical applications.

You know how to balance client interests, budgets, risks, team capacity, and organizational objectives. In doing so, you are given the space to make decisions independently, provide direction to the service delivery, and actively contribute to the further development of our Application Services organization.

As a Manager:

• You are ultimately responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and build sustainable relationships as a trusted sparring partner.
• You lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team in which ownership, collaboration, and personal development are central.
• You carry end-to-end responsibility for business-critical applications and ensure that they remain secure, reliable, scalable, and future-proof.
• You manage service delivery by carefully weighing client expectations, business objectives, budgets, risks, and team capacity against each other.
• You stimulate innovation through automation, modernization, and continuous improvement of our service delivery.
• You safeguard the quality of our service delivery in the areas of governance, security, compliance, and operational performance.
• You make an active contribution to the further growth of Application Services by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and further developing our service delivery.
• You promote a culture in which ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement are taken for granted.
