Maintenance Planner

About the position
As a Maintenance Planner, you are responsible for preparing, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities on production installations and peripheral equipment. Your goal is to ensure maximum technical availability and reliability of our installations, in line with production, safety, and quality objectives. You play a key role in structuring and improving maintenance processes and are an important link between operations, technology, and external parties.

• Preparing, coordinating, and delivering maintenance activities for, and maintenance shutdowns for, production equipment and installations
• Ensuring optimal availability and reliability of assets within GMP, HSE, and company guidelines
• Acting as a technical expert in the field of maintenance and installations, including Root Cause Analysis and Hazops
• Analyzing maintenance processes and initiating improvements
• Aligning and planning activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, and engineering
• Directing and supervising Technicians and external contractors during execution
• Maintaining contacts with external suppliers and overseeing the quality of execution
• Supporting modifications and investment projects
• Drafting procedures, work documentation, and maintenance plans
• Providing technical advice and training where necessary
