Maintenance Planner (all genders) in the Netherlands

• Naturally, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will seize this job with both hands. You derive energy from your work as a planner and enjoy working with your colleagues to keep the location at a high technical level. You inspire and lead others by setting a good example yourself. In doing so, you are proactive and work accurately so that safety and production progress are guaranteed. Furthermore, we request: HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;
• Minimum completed MBO level 4 education or HBO;
• Preferably in the direction of mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, Engineering, Energy Technology, or Technical Business Administration;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the process industry;
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, for example: WCOM, LEAN, or 6Sigma; Knowledge and experience with Maintenance management systems and methodologies, such as: Ultimo, SAP, RCM or TPM;
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and quality requirements within the process industry;
• You are analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented; Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English at all levels.

As a maintenance planner, you ensure that maintenance in Veghel runs smoothly. You plan and coordinate maintenance and service and coordinate daily with Technical Service, Production, Logistics, and external technicians.
You monitor safety, priorities, and progress and ensure that people, materials, and permits are ready on time. You manage maintenance shutdowns strictly and, upon completion, ensure that the administration is correct. If you see that something can be done smarter, you come up with improvements.

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, about 500 employees share the passion to get the most out of milk. Milk is, after all, full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. Through a fully automated process, we extract fats, sugars, and proteins from the raw milk and cheese whey that arrives here daily.
