At Strukton Civiel, you work on bridges, roads, asphalt, and concrete construction projects in Brabant. You will receive a lot of responsibility, work on visible projects, and can grow towards the role of development leader in the long term.

For our projects in Breda and Eindhoven, we are looking for experienced site managers. You will work on regional projects in Earthworks, Road Construction, Infrastructure, and Civil Concrete Construction.

As a Senior Site Manager, you manage the execution of your project. You monitor planning, safety, quality, and progress, and ensure that colleagues and partners know what needs to be done.

Additionally:

• you manage employees and subcontractors;
• you maintain an overview of planning, budget, and execution;
• you liaise with clients and project teams;
• you mentor less experienced site managers;
• you contribute ideas regarding smart and safe execution methods;
• you contribute to knowledge sharing within the execution team.

• At least 5 years of experience as a site manager in Earthworks, Infrastructure, Road Construction, or Concrete Construction.
• Experience with independently executing projects.
