Tender Strategist

• You work on the largest and most complex tenders, as part of a close-knit team of like-minded tender specialists;

In this role, you combine strategic writing with the latest AI applications to create winning bids for projects that make the Netherlands more sustainable and livable. You guide multidisciplinary tender teams, translate technical content into persuasive plans, and stand at the heart of Movares' most impactful assignments. With your vision and energy, you will elevate both our tenders and our way of working to a higher level. Together, we build commercial success and social value.

• a completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree;

• at least 3 years of relevant work experience as an MEAT writer/tender advisor/tender strategist;

• you are exceptionally good at mastering the Dutch language in speech and writing.
