The role

As a Senior Consultant Tax within Family Business, you make an impact for family businesses and wealthy entrepreneurs. Our clients can rely on us to develop tailor-made solutions that fit their unique needs and ambitions. Our multidisciplinary approach offers the entrepreneur broad expertise and practical solutions for all issues in the field of Family Business. This can involve strategic considerations such as business succession or restructuring. Also, more personal matters such as wealth issues, the purchase of a second home, the assessment of prenuptial agreements/wills, or fiscal guidance during divorces are part of the advice. As a Senior Consultant Tax within Family Business, you stand close to the entrepreneur and family, providing expert guidance and independent advice tailored to personal goals and wishes.

What you'll do

  • Thoroughly inventorying the wishes and needs of the client and translating this into possible solutions that align with them. Listening well and striving for sincere customer satisfaction are essential here.

  • Supporting more experienced colleagues in preparing advice and/or tax returns. For example, preparing client presentations, proposals, and the preparation and checking of reports, documents, and other information required for tax advice and compliance.

  • Regularly evaluating the state of affairs against the intended goal and signaling any problems that arise to your project supervisor.

  • You are able to work out assignments independently, possibly in collaboration with junior colleagues. In doing so, you take responsibility for your part regarding delivery within the set deadlines and quality standards.

  • Contributing to the improvement of internal procedures and signaling opportunities for innovation. Your input helps us to always stay one step ahead.

  • Ensuring careful and structured file management and sharing your expertise within the team.

  • Recognizing the importance of collaborating with colleagues, both with the tax team and with other disciplines within Crowe. You strive for a collective result and can show others that their contribution is necessary for this.

  • With your eye for detail, analytical sharpness, and client-oriented approach, you take both our team and the client experience to a higher level.

What you can expect from us

  • A good salary, depending on your knowledge and experience;

  • Your travel expenses will be taken care of;

  • 30 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;

  • Of course, you'll also receive the practical perks such as a laptop and phone allowance;

  • We encourage a healthy lifestyle with fresh fruit daily and a healthy lunch;

  • A pension scheme and the option to take out additional insurance through us;

  • From large-scale New Year's parties and Christmas drinks to the Autumn Course, running races and padel tournaments, outings and activities are also a standard part of it!
