• You have a completed university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics
• You possess at least 8 years of experience in a tax advisory practice
• You are a member of the RB or the NOB, or are in the process of completing it

• You independently advise clients on complex tax issues, from restructurings to business succession and international aspects.
• You analyze developments in laws and regulations and translate these into future-proof advice.
• You coordinate client trajectories from intake to implementation and ensure a clear, result-oriented approach.
• You build long-term relationships with clients and actively identify advisory opportunities and needs.
• You work closely with relationship managers, lawyers, accountants, and other colleagues on integrated solutions.
• You coach and guide less experienced colleagues and contribute to their professional and personal growth.
• You contribute to the further development of the department: from process improvement to knowledge sharing and innovation.

As a Senior Tax Advisor, you are the point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients. You delve into their challenges, advise on complex tax issues, and ensure clear, future-oriented solutions. You interact at a strategic level with directors and entrepreneurs, but you also stand in the middle of the team as a coach, go-to person, and inspirer.
Together with colleagues and partners, you work on the further growth and positioning of our tax practice. You contribute ideas regarding innovation, monitor quality, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our services.
