You have demonstrable experience as a (senior) assistant accountant regarding the healthcare sector.
You are familiar with current laws and regulations in healthcare such as, among others, Wtza regulations, production accountability, and WNT standards.
You have a critical and curious attitude and strong communication skills.
You are far from finished with development and learning and have the drive to stay up-to-date within the healthcare sector, by whatever means necessary.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,800, excluding 8% holiday allowance. Depending on your experience and education level.
You receive a travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting and for trips to clients, and for office-to-office trips you receive €0.34 per kilometer.
A non-contributory pension, in which you have the opportunity to save extra.
30 vacation days (on a full-time basis), with the option to purchase 10 additional days. This helps you maintain a beautiful balance between work and private life.

The role

Are you an experienced assistant accountant with a passion for the healthcare sector? Do you have knowledge of, among others, Wtza regulations, production accountability, and WNT accountability? Then Moore MKW in Meppel offers you a challenging position in which your expertise truly makes the difference for our healthcare clients.

What you'll do

As a senior assistant accountant within our healthcare-oriented compilation practice, you are responsible for supporting enterprises and entrepreneurs active in primary and secondary care. Think of financial accountability, compliance, etc. You will work closely with colleagues in Meppel, Zwolle, and Emmeloord and apply your specialist healthcare knowledge to serve clients optimally.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

Correctly setting up and testing the client's financial administration in accordance with current healthcare regulations.
Preparing annual accounts and financial reports, including testing WNT accountability and production accountability.
Recording findings in the file in accordance with current laws and regulations in healthcare.
Proactive communication with your clients and team regarding progress, results, and next steps, focused on our service delivery.
Coaching direct colleagues such as junior assistants, working students, and interns.
Identifying potential advisory needs among clients, via your own network or via colleagues.
Actively approaching new potential clients, so that we can further expand our healthcare portfolio.
