Do you have leadership ambitions and are you looking for a fun part-time job alongside your studies? Then get started as an assistant supermarket manager.
As an assistant supermarket manager, you work with your colleagues toward an optimally running branch. That begins with the commitment of the team. You manage the daily planning and the startup, you brief your colleagues, and throughout the day you adjust where necessary. You also roll up your own sleeves: think of processing incoming freight, arranging orders, write-offs, daily administration, the checkout process, or performing quality controls. You form a close team with the (deputy) supermarket manager. Together you review the daily figures and you think along about the question of how you can deliver even better performance, for example via commercial promotions and presentations on the shop floor. You motivate and inspire the team, with an eye for their satisfaction and their long-term development. For customers and colleagues, you are a reliable point of contact.
