Senior Network Engineer

• More than 8 years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation;

• More than 6 years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls;

• Experience with network and security architecture and engineering support in local, regional, and global domains;

• You have several years of experience in complex (Enterprise) LAN/WAN network environments;

• Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision;

• Communication skills: you enjoy working in a team, but can also work perfectly independently and communicate your progress effectively;

• Problem-solving skills;

• Result-oriented (organizational skills, quality awareness, perseverance);

• Security mindset;

• You have practical experience with:

  • Juniper Apstra

  • Juniper EVPN-VXLAN

  • Juniper QFX/PTX series

• Experience with Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) implementation and datacenter experience;

• Experience with designing and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks;

• Experience with protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP EVPN, VXLAN or VPC;

• JNCIP - having JNCIE is a plus;

• Experience and/or knowledge with automation tools such as Ansible or Gitlab and scripting in Perl, Python, Shell Scripting is a plus;

• A gross monthly salary of at least €5,430 to €7,130. The salary offer may exceed this range, depending on the skills and capabilities you bring to the team.
