ITIL Process Coordinator

You are familiar with several of the products, technologies, and knowledge areas mentioned below, and know how to apply them regularly in your work:

• At least 5 years of experience with automation tools and techniques and know how to deploy them effectively.

• At least a bachelor's working and thinking level, preferably in the field of Computer Science, Process Management, or Service Management.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly establish connections in complex environments.

• Service Management certification (ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher).

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and willingness to further develop in this area.

• A gross monthly salary of at least €3,800 to €5,430. The salary offer may exceed this range, depending on the skills and capabilities you bring to the team.

Your formal place of work is Hoofddorp, but in practice, you will regularly work from a client location in the center of the country. We offer flexible working, where we expect you to be in the office an average of about 2 days per week to collaborate with the team.
