• Minimum 5 years of experience within logistics services;

• 40 hours per week, on site every day.

For our new Hard Cargo location in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager who wants to play a key role within the world of Air Logistics. In this position, you will get the unique opportunity to be involved in the startup of a new warehouse and ultimately carry full operational responsibility.

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operation. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality. You lead approximately 6 FTE and are also responsible for managing external suppliers who perform the warehouse activities. Although your base is Eindhoven, you work closely with the Air Logistics management team in Amsterdam.

You ensure that our customers can rely on reliable and high-quality logistics services every day.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Managing and further developing the warehouse operation;
• Achieving excellent service in accordance with customer agreements and quality standards;
• Coaching, motivating, and developing employees;
• Managing external warehouse partners and suppliers;
• Monitoring and improving KPIs regarding quality, safety, productivity, and lead times;
• Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives and optimization projects;
• Translating operational data into clear insights and reports;
• Contributing on a project basis to the further setup, expansion, and professionalization of our new warehouse in Eindhoven;
• Building a culture in which ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central.
