Graduation Internship Lean Operations & Data Insights

Are you analytically strong and do you want to contribute to improving logistical processes using data during your graduation internship? Then this graduation internship is for you. New operational dashboards are being implemented in the Sorter department of our distribution center in Heteren. You will investigate how this data can best be utilized to make performance visible and to identify opportunities for improvement.

During this internship, you will get the chance to conduct independent research, work closely with operations, and translate your analyses into concrete improvement actions. In this way, you will make a direct contribution to higher productivity, better quality, and stronger operational performance. The internship starts in February, has a duration of approximately 5 months, and concerns a graduation internship.

What does your work week as an intern look like?

• Analyze operational data from dashboards and reports.
• Identify connections, trends, and opportunities for improvement within logistical processes.
• Investigate which management information has the most impact on productivity and quality.
• Develop a structured approach for data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Translate insights into concrete improvement initiatives and an implementation plan with measurable results.
