Requirements
What we're looking for
- You are following a higher professional education (hbo) program in which communication is an important component.
- You are analytical, curious, and enjoy conducting research.
- You can translate research results into concrete advice.
- You take initiative and dare to ask questions.
- You are available from late January/early February 2027 for 40 hours per week for a graduation internship.

The role
During your graduation internship, you will work on research that addresses a current challenge within Store Communication. For example:
- Optimizing communication tools and communication processes towards stores.
- Researching the effectiveness and reach of our communication channels, with the aim of improving the provision of information to stores.
- Analyzing the needs of store colleagues and translating these into concrete advice.
In addition to your graduation research, you will get the opportunity to observe and work within the team. This will give you a good insight into practice and allow you to directly test your research against daily activities.
In short: a graduation internship in which you don't just conduct research, but also make a real impact on the communication to more than 700 stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
