Your job as a Data Management Consultant in one paragraph

At Capgemini Insights & Data (I&D), our Data & AI Trust consultants help organizations set up reliable, ethical, and actionable data and AI ecosystems. This includes expertise in data architecture, governance, quality, privacy, modeling, metadata, and AI governance. You will work in multidisciplinary teams and lead initiatives that ensure data is trustworthy by design, not as an afterthought. If you have a passion for advancing Data & AI Trust, then this is your chance.

Your home base at Capgemini

Capgemini is one of the largest IT consultancy companies in the Netherlands and is a market leader in Consulting, Technology, and Outsourcing, active in almost all sectors such as banking and insurance, consumer goods, retail, public sector, and energy & utilities. Capgemini's data department, Insights & Data (I&D), is a young, dynamic, and fast-growing department consisting of various internal data departments, each with its own specialization. Although I&D is part of a large international organization, the team setting is small-scale and personal. With us, you have all the opportunities of a large company, but with the modesty and atmosphere you expect from a small company. We work on the basis of trust and offer you the freedom to develop yourself. Of course, hard work is expected, but we also find a pleasant working atmosphere and collegiality very important.

Why does this vacancy suit you?

You are a proactive, analytical thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for data integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Must-haves:
- Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality & Observability, Data Management, Privacy & Security, or AI Governance

- Experience with Collibra/Purview/Informatica or AI Governance modules

- Business insight

- Completed HBO or WO degree (Higher Professional or University education)

- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)

Do you not yet have the experience mentioned above? And are you currently building it, but possess the mindset of a trusted advisor? We would love to hear from you.
