• Gross monthly salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.800,- depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed work-from-home allowance per working day.

As a Junior Buyer, you will be part of the procurement team in Amstelveen. You will be involved in finding and evaluating suppliers, analyzing costs, and supporting negotiations and contract agreements. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues within the organization and with external suppliers. With your analytical eye and accurate way of working, you will contribute to smart procurement decisions and to the continuous improvement of our procurement processes.

• You search for and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery, and analyze price proposals and market data
• You prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy
• You monitor supplier performance, maintain supplier and contract data, and communicate regarding orders, deliveries, and any procurement issues
• You support contract negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable prices, terms, and agreements
• You maintain data in the ERP system, prepare procurement reports, and assist in resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods
• You align procurement needs and timelines with internal departments and identify opportunities to continuously improve procurement processes and efficiency
