Within the KPMG Powered Data team, we utilize our global end-to-end Data Transformation & Migration methodology and work closely with colleagues from all over the world to realize business and data transformations effectively and efficiently.

From the moment you start, you are a full member of the team and will work hands-on with our clients' data. From the very first days, you will work in a client-oriented manner and side-by-side with colleagues from the team on large projects, where you will quickly receive a lot of responsibility. You will be able to present the results of your work in a short time, supported by your team members and manager.

Typical projects you will be part of are ERP transformations, M&A projects and/or specific data migration projects with a defined scope (this can be system replacements, regulation-driven data migration, etc.). All these projects have 'Data' as a critical prerequisite for success, and therefore 'Data' will be central to your daily work.

You will be involved in:

• Supporting clients with their business and data transformation;
• Developing yourself in a fast-growing team that enjoys helping companies with their (ERP) transformation journeys;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and stimulating innovation in the broader field of data;
• Playing a critical role in translating business requirements into technical implementation steps.

• Some skill in programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python, Dax, Gitlab, and other programming languages is a plus (not mandatory);
