As a Cargo Sales Excellence Project Manager Intern, the world is at your feet at KLM. Work with us on the development of our Cargo Sales teams and various change programs. You will meet our Sales teams and leaders from all over the world and find yourself in an international, exciting, and dynamic environment, with a currently flourishing Cargo business. One of our most important goals is to create a strong international Sales Team that feels connected not only to our company, but also to colleagues worldwide, where best practices are shared and each other is supported in the customer approach we strive for. Work on developing international learning solutions and online workshops for Cargo Sales teams worldwide.

You will play a role in facilitating the further design and implementation of projects regarding the following themes:

• Digital connectivity / new media
• Improving and steering internal communication
• Training & Development
• Knowledge management
• Organizing online international workshops

You will be working in the transport building at Schiphol-Oost at KLM Cargo. Your work environment will be dynamic and you will work closely with the Sales Distribution Management team.

We are looking for an HBO or WO student with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is able to connect and communicate with different people all over the world. Previous experience in project management, specifically in realizing changes, is important. You enjoy working in and contributing to a team (the working language is English).

• You are available from February 2027 for a period of 5-6 months
