Are you the one who has the knack for making our data speak so that RJC can derive value from it? As an Analytics Translator, you are the bridge between the virtual world of data and the hands-on world of our daily work. You focus on supporting the business and ensure that our data is translated into usable applications so that we can design and execute our processes more efficiently. Ready for take-off?

As an Analytics Translator, you are responsible for analyzing and interpreting data needs, data visualization, and data-driven analytics from the business for the purpose of process control and improvement. You translate needs into usable solutions and combine the tasks of a data analyst, BI developer, and process improver. In doing so, you connect technology, data, and processes to realize operational improvements.

In addition, the following tasks are part of your role as an Analytics Translator:

• Identifying and prioritizing important business questions, formulating recommendations, and managing various stakeholders;
• Translating business needs into data analytics through which process execution can be improved;
• Developing data analytics, visualizations, or other data needs into "proof-of-concept" in collaboration with users and developing them into specifications so that internal or external parties can further develop the applications;
• Coordinating and managing the development and implementation of data analytics;
• Introducing new ideas to work smarter, including through the use of new (AI) tooling;
• Building PowerBI reports;
• Contributing to the development and safeguarding of Data Governance with corresponding data strategies and initiatives for the transition to a "data-driven business";
• Contributing to the realization of RJC's innovation vision and strategy;
• Maintaining contacts with relevant networks and suppliers to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of data, data visualization, and data analytics;
• Participating in projects, product teams, and improvement teams within your own area of focus.

• HBO / WO working and thinking level;
• Tries out the latest (AI) tooling in daily life
• Affinity with technology, processes, and analyses;
• Knowledge of data and data visualization is a plus;
• Knowledge and/or experience with Lean and Agile working is a plus.

• A monthly salary between € 3,918.- and € 5,269.-
• An end-of-year bonus, an annual profit sharing, annual holiday allowance, and travel allowance up to 75 km;
