Do you want to contribute to the health and vitality of travelers and professionals all over the world? As Business Unit Manager Travel & Health at KLM Health Services, you will provide direction from a clear strategic vision to an organization that works every day towards safe, healthy, and vital employees and travelers. You bring people and expertise together, inspire teams to achieve their best, and create space for further growth and development. Together with passionate (medical) experts and colleagues from business support, you will continue to build a future where health and vitality are central. A wonderful opportunity to apply your leadership in a place where you truly make an impact.
What will you do?
As Business Unit Manager Travel & Health, you bear integral responsibility for several highly dynamic components of KLM Health Services (approximately 60 employees + flexible shell). The three business units are managed by operational managers, who report to you. The IMA doctors, responsible for International Medical Advice, also fall directly under your responsibility.
As a member of the Management Team, you actively participate in thinking and deciding on the overarching course of KHS. You effortlessly translate strategic objectives into operational practice and ensure that your teams can contribute optimally to this and that objectives are achieved. You build sustainable relationships with external customers and ensure that agreements are met.
