Shift Leader KFC Den Bosch Visstraat

As a Shift Leader at KFC, you are an inspiring leader and work closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure that our core activities are performed at a top level. Our Shift Leaders come from diverse backgrounds - from supermarkets and cafes to retail and banking - but all share the same passion for good leadership and caring for their team. Your role is to coach and guide your team of approximately 7 to 25 team members, so that we can provide a reliable and consistent experience to our guests.

MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Shift Leader, you actively work on the floor and ensure a well-collaborating team and the best service to our guests. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• You lead the team on the work floor and ensure that our guests always receive the best service, by monitoring team performance and supporting management where necessary

• You are responsible for opening and closing shifts, perform administrative tasks, and ensure that safety and quality in the restaurant are maintained

• You train and coach your team to deliver their best performance and work on your own development goals with support from your manager

• Experience in leading and developing diverse teams, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HR processes is a plus

• A proven track record in improving the guest experience and driving sales

• Experience with profit and loss factors, cost management, and successful decision-making
