Field Account Manager Oral Care Breda

You will be employed by CPM Benelux, a professional organization specializing in field marketing and sales, and you will work exclusively for Haleon. You will receive good employment conditions and the opportunity to work with internationally known brands. Furthermore:

• A full-time contract based on 40 hours per week;
• A starting salary from € 3,000.- gross per month;
• Performance-based bonus up to € 330.- gross per month;
• Lease car (also available for private use, tax implications apply);
• Expense allowance of € 60.- net per month;
• 25 vacation days per year and a good pension plan;

As a Field Account Manager Oral Care, you will be on the road daily in your region (Rotterdam, Breda, Den Bosch, etc.) to visit dental professionals. You are their fixed contact person, advisor, and brand ambassador. You present new products, organize knowledge sessions, and ensure that our brands are recommended to patients.

• Visiting dental practices and oral care professionals (field sales).
• Giving product presentations on brands such as Sensodyne and Parodontax.
• Organizing educational sessions and 'Lunch & Learn' meetings.
• Building sustainable customer relationships and active relationship management.
• Identifying opportunities and market developments within oral care.
• Active participation in trade fairs, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Recording customer contact in the CRM system.
• Utilizing digital tools and social media to strengthen customer contact.
• Intensive collaboration with the sales and marketing team of Haleon.
