OTE €88,000

For a leading European player in the restaurant and hospitality market, we are looking for an experienced Teamlead Field Sales.
In this role, you combine leadership with active sales: you lead the team and also remain close to the market yourself. You work with restaurant groups and Michelin establishments and help them grow through increased visibility, reservations, and returning guests.

• Coaching and mentoring the field sales team (approximately 50% of your time)

• Supporting with targets, performance and deal strategy

• Staying actively in the field yourself (approximately 50% sales)

• Holding conversations with restaurant groups and Michelin restaurants

• Managing the entire sales process: from first conversation to closing

• Identifying market developments and translating them into commercial opportunities

• Online reservations via website and platform

• Reviews and guest feedback in one place

• More guests, fewer no-shows
