Continuous Improvement Lead

• HBO or WO level of work and thinking.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience within logistics, supply chain, production, or operations.
• Experience in an operational management role within a logistics or production environment.
• A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• A demonstrable track record in process improvement within a mechanized or complex operational environment.
• Experience with project management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Leadership experience and the ability to coach and develop teams.

As Continuous Improvement Lead, you are responsible for developing, guiding, and securing improvement initiatives within our distribution centers.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and leading complex improvement trajectories within the operation.
• Managing and developing the Continuous Improvement team.
• Implementing and further rolling out the Lean program (Jumbo
• Production System) within the distribution centers.
• Coaching managers in Lean thinking, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Building support among stakeholders and connecting operations, management, and external partners.
• Monitoring progress, results, risks, and budgets of improvement projects.
• Developing training, standards, and working methods that contribute to sustainable improvement of the operation.

You are an experienced improvement manager who gets energy from change. You know how to bring people along, understand processes, and actually realize improvements. Thanks to your combination of analytical ability, Lean expertise, and leadership, you know how to turn complex challenges into concrete results.

• A salary between €4,820.80 and €6,884.80 per 4 weeks, aligned with the education, knowledge, and experience you bring;
• An annual bonus of max 7.5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.
