For FRC, we are immediately looking for a Logistics Team Leader. The logistics department is in a transition phase in which the organizational structure and processes are being redesigned to support future growth.

Job Profile

The Logistics Team Leader ensures continuity within the daily logistics operation and brings structure to logistics and the weighing department. The focus lies on a reliable flow of goods, optimal location management, correct inventory administration, and good cooperation with production.

Key areas of focus are:

• optimization of goods receipt;
• improving location management of raw materials, packaging, and auxiliary materials;
• increasing inventory reliability;
• ensuring order and cleanliness according to 5S;
• improving the use of SAP within the logistics processes.
• Daily management of logistics and the weighing department.
• Personnel planning and capacity management.
• Inventory management.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound processes.
• Monitoring safety, order, and cleanliness.
• Identifying and implementing practical improvements.
• Strengthening cooperation with Production.

Total span of control: approximately 15 employees

Profile

Must-haves

• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory logistics role within a production environment.
• Experience with warehouse management, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Practical knowledge and experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and 5S.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Experience with raw material logistics and/or weighing processes is a plus.
