Senior Mendix Developer

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree in an IT field and several years of experience with software development in professional environments
• You have at least 5 years of experience with Mendix and are able to independently design and realize complex applications and projects
• You have extensive experience with architectural issues and integrations (such as REST APIs, microservices, and databases) within enterprise environments
• You have experience with Agile/Scrum and know how to bring teams along in technical choices, quality, and best practices
• You master the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level and can communicate convincingly with stakeholders at different levels

• A permanent contract and a salary between €4,500 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact grading depends on your experience and the role;

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you are responsible for designing and realizing complex, mission-critical applications. You oversee the entire landscape and know how to translate business issues into robust and future-proof solutions.

You play a central role within projects and are involved from the initial analysis through to implementation and further development. You liaise with stakeholders at various levels and know how to translate their needs into clear technical choices and architecture.

In addition, you take a pioneering role within the team. You monitor the quality of the work, steer towards best practices, and help colleagues to further develop themselves. You actively contribute ideas regarding the further development of the Mendix proposition and the way of working within the practice.

• Designing and building complex Mendix applications
