Principal Data Architect

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget of up to €8,200 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Principal Data Architect, you are at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational change. You help organizations guide their data foundation and make complex issues manageable. You collaborate with other senior experts, architects, and decision-makers on trajectories that have a direct impact on business results. Within Sogeti, you will be given the space to develop your vision, share knowledge, and guide organizations through their transformation toward a data-driven future. You will continuously develop yourself while working on projects where architecture, governance, innovation, and leadership converge.

As a Principal Data Architect, you are the strategic authority providing direction to data architecture within complex organizations. You advise executive boards, management, and senior stakeholders on the deployment of data as a business asset and translate organizational objectives into future-proof architectural frameworks. You develop target architectures, define governance structures, and ensure coherence between data, processes, technology, and business strategy. In doing so, you drive quality, reliability, scalability, and security of the data landscape. You bridge business and IT, create support for changes, and guide organizations in increasing their data maturity. Thanks to your experience, you know how to manage complex interests, substantiate strategic choices, and help organizations make well-considered decisions regarding their data foundation, analytics, and AI ambitions.

• Working on complex data and transformation programs at leading organizations where architecture, governance, and strategic decision-making converge;
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, enterprise architects, data professionals, and executives to provide direction to data-driven organizations;
• Personal guidance via a dedicated People Manager and a development path focused on leadership, thought leadership, and professional deepening;
