Mid-level System Administrator Co-Sourcing

We are looking for someone who enjoys showing initiative. You will work on-site at our 50+ SME clients, ensuring that no two days are the same. You manage and maintain their IT environments. You work on server management, advise on cloud solutions (Azure/Microsoft 365), resolve network outages, and provide support where necessary with workplace management.

You will work in a close-knit team with short lines of communication and direct contact with customers and owners. Your colleagues are there for you, and you are there for them. You can understand a hint. Is there a challenge? You brainstorm with colleagues and help each other forward. You make decisions and implement solutions. We trust in your expertise. No rigid SLA agreements; if something isn't working, you fix it! Together with your team leader and account manager, you spot opportunities to further improve our services. Focus on results, not on unnecessary procedures.
