Manager Data & AI

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at consultancies or corporate Data & AI teams;

• An MSc degree, preferably in a technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Econometrics;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both oral and written.

As Manager Data & AI, you play a key role in designing and realizing data and AI solutions for our clients. You combine substantive expertise with leadership: you manage teams, monitor the quality of delivery, and ensure that projects actually deliver value.

You help organizations navigate themes such as GenAI, data platforms, and AI-enabled operating models. In doing so, you are not just an advisor, but precisely the person who ensures that ideas land in practice - from the first use case to scalable implementation.

• Takes end-to-end responsibility for Data & AI projects, from problem definition to successful implementation at the client

• Manages and coaches project teams, and ensures high quality of delivery and visible client impact

• Helps clients make the right choices in AI and data, and translates these into concrete roadmaps and solutions

• Makes innovations in the field of (Gen)AI applicable, and integrates these into existing processes and systems

• Translates complex issues into working solutions, together with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders

• Actively contributes to business development, by identifying and expanding new opportunities from ongoing projects

• Builds relationships at a senior level with clients, and acts as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology

• Further develops the team, by mentoring consultants and strengthening our Data & AI propositions

• Shows ownership over both content and results, with a clear focus on value creation and adoption at the client
