About adesso Netherlands
In their own words
About the company & team
You will join a small, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn team of three colleagues. The lines are short, everyone has influence, and ideas are not just heard, but also tested. Our focus lies on the consultancy side of data and AI. We guide organizations through AI transformations and always start with the client's real problem. From there, we develop roadmaps and assist with implementation.
We work on data and AI governance, data strategy, change management, and data quality. In doing so, we continuously investigate how AI can make our work and that of our clients smarter.
Development is a priority. We share knowledge, try out new ways of working, and learn from each other. Do you have a different background within data management? We would still love to meet you.
Why adesso? Because with us, you can truly help build.
At adesso Netherlands, it is about more than just technology. We build smart solutions that actually add value for our clients. No endless experiments or AI just because it is trendy, but technology that works and makes an impact.
We are part of the international adesso Group, with over 11,500 colleagues across more than 60 locations. At the same time, in the Netherlands, we are a relatively small and personal team, with short lines, much freedom, and room for individual initiative.
Large enough to make an impact, small enough to feel the difference.
AI First: building the future together
At adesso Netherlands, we are developing into an AI First organization. We believe that AI fundamentally changes the way we develop software, work with data, and help clients.
That is why we look beyond isolated AI experiments. We build smart data platforms, AI-first applications, and agentic solutions that truly become part of business processes.
That also means we continue to innovate our own way of working. We embrace new technology, but remain critical: not everything needs AI. The best solution always comes first.
And perhaps most importantly: the people
We love colleagues who are curious, share knowledge, and help each other progress. People who are good at their craft, but also enjoy collaborating. With us, you receive trust, responsibility, and the freedom to actually execute ideas.
