It is morning. The children are already busy everywhere with the pedagogical professionals when the bell rings. You open the door and welcome a parent who has come for a tour. You take the parent to your location manager and the bell rings again. The groceries! You unpack them and immediately take the fruit to the toddler group. There, they set the table together. Time to enjoy! In the meantime, you make coffee. And you fold the laundry. And oh yes, you make up the beds for the babies! Behind the scenes, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are a hostess, assistant, and caretaker all in one.

Your role:
You enjoy being hands-on. You see what is needed and enjoy supporting in that. Whether it is receiving visitors, taking care of the laundry, or keeping the kitchen clean. Or when colleagues in the group need your help. Your role is varied. Because of this, no two days are the same. You enjoy working on everything that is not directly related to the children in the group. Because you are there, the pedagogical professionals can focus even more on their core task: the development of the children.
