·        At least 3 years of work experience in power supplies, substations, and overhead line installations;

·        You are able to process findings, deviations, and quality inspections in our digital system.

·        You have completed an mbo/hbo education with a technical background in electrotechnical installations/ overhead lines and substations;

The position is rewarded in salary group 8 of the HTM CAO with a corresponding salary of a maximum of € 5,489.- gross per month (excluding irregular hours allowance) for a full-time employment.

As a Technical Supervisor, you are responsible primarily for the technical side of construction, assembly, maintenance, safety, and quality during the execution and the acceptance of the performed work in projects and renovations at the location of your field of expertise. You are the operational eyes and ears with an emphasis on the execution phase. You monitor contractors on the quality of the work and the manner in which the latter must be technically executed, and you make adjustments in case of a practical necessity for changes to the specifications. Naturally, you are familiar with different phases in a project.

You are a seasoned supervisor and are familiar with stop and witness points. You propose improvements when you see cause to do so. In a project team, during the execution phase, you are primarily responsible for the smooth running of operations on location together with the project manager. The nature of the work/project requires continuous coordination in the context of ancillary activities, future maintenance, and the assessment of extra and reduced work.

You ensure that the work continues, but in the context of safety and quality, you dare to escalate in a timely manner and/or stop the work if necessary. For work performed by the contractor that is commissioned by the operator, you also monitor the quality of the service provided (thus afterwards). You check whether the faults reported to the contractor are resolved in a timely and high-quality manner. Think of substations and overhead line installations.
