As a team leader, you are the engine of HEMA Zwolle. There is no layer between you and the store manager: you are the right hand and often the first point of contact on the floor. • a store that is ready for our customers every day, on time, tidy, and well-organized;
• the right staffing at the right time, also on busy days and in case of unexpected absences;

• achieving commercial goals. In doing so, you actively think along about what can be done better or differently;
• the recruitment, development, and appraisal of your colleagues, including the difficult conversations that go along with it;
• a customer experience that HEMA can be proud of. To achieve this, you are also on the floor yourself and lead by example.

• Leadership experience: You already have demonstrable work experience in a leadership or senior employee role in retail, supermarkets, hospitality, or a similar environment and are ready for your next step.
