The role

As a stock planner at HEMA, you ensure that our popular products are always in stock, both in stores and online. With your insight and foresight, you make an indispensable impact on the customer experience: you are the one who ensures that our millions of customers never miss out. You work closely with the planner, category manager, product manager, and another stock planner to place and follow up on orders in a timely manner. In this dynamic role, you will receive a lot of responsibility and the freedom to ensure the process runs smoothly. With your work, you make a difference every day in a small, close-knit team, and you ensure that our products are always within reach.

What you'll do

Inventory planning and management of products within your categories.
Maintaining contact with suppliers, distribution centers, and online teams.
Placing and following up on orders, both for the stores and online.
Ensuring the right products are in the stores and our distribution center on time, even during major promotions.
Collaborating with various teams to maintain an overview and ensure a streamlined process.
