Water Treatment Technician (Career Changer)

Do you work in hospitality, a shop, or have another job and are you considering doing something totally different? Do you have no technical experience, but you do have two hands that work well and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves? Become a water treatment technician at Hellebrekers!

We offer you the chance to learn the trade for pay as a career changer right here in practice! We will teach you everything you need to know so that you become an expert in the construction of water treatment installations. You will immediately start working on cool swimming pool projects and there are plenty of opportunities to grow. In short: a fun position with future prospects!

This is what you will do
Because we have many different projects and clients, every workday looks different. One time you might be working on a construction site for a new build project. Together with your team, you will build a completely new water treatment installation in an empty space. The next time you might be on a shorter job, for example working at an existing location to replace a circulation pump. You will learn the trade by 'just' doing it. Naturally, you will receive the necessary guidance from an experienced technician who will teach you the ropes of the trade.

This is you
You are a real handyman and you enjoy working with your hands. You are curious about technology and want to learn more about it. That is why you also dream of a career in technology! Furthermore:

• you are available for 32 or 40 hours per week, so that we have all the time we need to teach you this wonderful trade

• you have a good mood, even when you have to get up early for a week straight;-)

• you have a driving license B or are willing to obtain one (at our expense!)

As a water treatment technician based on 40 hours, you can count on:

• no fewer than 38 days off per year (25 vacation days plus 13 ADV days);
