Lead Installation Technician (Water Treatment)

You naturally have two right hands and love to roll up your sleeves! Furthermore, for this position we require:

• a technical education at MBO level (or this level obtained through experience);

• experience with assembly in the installation industry;

• experience in a leadership position, preferably within water treatment;

• driver's license B.

Clean (swimming pool) water is not a given, and many techniques are involved in that. You know everything about it! You also enjoy sharing your knowledge in the field of water treatment with others, fulfilling a mentor role for our (apprentice) technicians. Furthermore, you will do this:

This is what you will do
Every day, you will work on the most unique technical installations. Together with your team, you will install and assemble installations according to the installation drawings into a beautiful piece of engineering. One moment you are busy building a completely new water treatment installation for a new swimming pool, the next moment you are working at an existing location to, for example, replace a circulation pump.

• You are responsible for the correct execution of the swimming pool and water treatment installation;

• You coordinate with the project leader, work preparer, contractors, and colleagues from the Mechanical Installations and Electrical Engineering departments;

• You lead the technicians and any subcontractors;

• You monitor the quality, the hours of your team, and the budget.
