Sales Advisor Commercial Vehicle Outfitting

For our Hedin Automotive Commercial Vehicle Outfitting location in Wateringen, we are looking for a Sales Advisor Commercial Vehicle Outfitting. Someone who has just as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we design and build standard and custom-made commercial vehicle outfitting. But what exactly can you expect from the position?

• You act as an important point of contact for customers, answer questions via telephone and email, offer support, and provide advice in the field of commercial vehicle outfitting and accessories

• You design a suitable commercial vehicle outfitting in our own drawing program, taking the customer's wishes and requirements into account, prepare the corresponding quotation, and subsequently discuss the design and the quotation with the customer

• You purchase the necessary parts for ongoing orders, monitor their delivery, and schedule the order in collaboration with the (workshop) planning colleagues

• You check work orders for the installation and, in consultation with the workshop manager, make changes to them if they prove to be necessary

As a Sales Advisor Commercial Vehicle Outfitting, you are the specialist in optimizing every mobile workplace. You are an important point of contact for customers, inventory their wishes and needs, and create a suitable design based on them. You have an advisory role in this, informing the customer about the various possibilities, product choices, and applications. Together with the colleagues at the office and in the workshop, you ensure that the complete process from proposal to delivery runs flawlessly and according to appointment, and you know how to guarantee high customer satisfaction.

• Preferably, you have relevant commercial work experience as a Sales Advisor, Salesperson, Inside Sales Commercial Employee, or a similar position. If you have a technical background instead, we would also very much like to receive your application

• You can communicate effectively, listen to customer needs, and present solutions that align with those needs

• You can speak to our customers and colleagues (by telephone) correctly and professionally and draft emails, messages, and other documents in flawless Dutch

• Preferably, you are available 40 hours per week. If working full-time is not an option, we are happy to look at the possibilities together with you
