This assignment runs until October 1st, 32 hours per week, at one location in Heemskerk. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant re-onboarding.

You will be working within a care location where extra emphasis is temporarily being placed on coaching on the job and team development. The goal is to intensively guide the team on the work floor while further strengthening the quality, cooperation, and independence of employees.

The coaching takes place during daily shifts, allowing you to directly observe how employees act and to guide them in practical situations. Important points of attention are methodical working, supervisory cooperation, giving and receiving feedback, meeting agreements, and the further development of the team. An morning coach and an evening coach will be working, so that there is intensive guidance and continuity throughout the day.

As a nurse, you will combine participation in daily care with coaching and team development. Your duties include, among others:

• Coaching and guiding employees during their daily activities
• Actively observing, giving feedback, and where necessary, providing direct course correction on the work floor
• Supporting the development and application of a consistent, methodical way of working
• Stimulating an open feedback culture and holding employees accountable for agreements made
• Contributing to team development, independence, and the improvement of the quality of care

Two professionals are sought, one for shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and one for shifts from 14:00 to 22:00.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 45: €3,052 to €4,262 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore earns up to €41.39 per hour.

• You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma as a supervisor or Verzorgende IG (Individual Healthcare Provider)
• Experience within disability care is a plus
• You are experienced in nursing care and coach colleagues in a positive and practical manner during work
• You observe, give feedback, and help employees to work methodically and consistently
• You do not immediately take over the work, but rather stimulate employees to take responsibility themselves
