Independently performing complex preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment.
Analyzing and providing sustainable solutions for complex or recurring technical malfunctions.
Performing root cause analyses and translating the outcomes into corrective and preventive measures.
Analyzing malfunction, maintenance, and performance data and identifying relevant trends.
Initiating, developing, and implementing improvement actions aimed at the reliability, maintainability, and uptime of equipment.
Advising on maintenance strategies, maintenance frequencies, and technical improvements.
Coordinating and providing technical guidance to external parties during maintenance, repairs, and technical modifications.
Monitoring the quality, safety, and correct documentation of performed activities.
Processing and assessing technical data in maintenance and quality systems.
Drafting, reviewing, and updating procedures, work instructions, and forms.
Assessing the technical impact of changes and deviations.
Participating in or leading technical improvement projects, including LEAN initiatives and Action Workouts.
Collaborating intensively with Production, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and other technical disciplines.
Acting as a technical point of contact and escalation point for complex malfunctions.
Guiding, coaching, and transferring knowledge to junior and less experienced colleagues.
Promoting a safe, quality-oriented, and continuously improving way of working.
