Job Description

Do you have extensive leadership experience within a technical environment and do you get energy from developing people and improving processes? Are you a coaching leader who stimulates ownership, achieves results, and turns technical challenges into sustainable solutions? Then we would like to meet you.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you lead a team of (Senior) Maintenance Technicians and are responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of all maintenance activities.

You coach, guide, and develop your team and ensure that preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, as well as technical modifications, are carried out according to schedule and the applicable quality and safety guidelines. In doing so, you manage performance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Additionally, you support the M&R Lead with technical and operational issues and act as the first point of contact during their absence. You analyze complex malfunctions, initiate improvements, and translate technical issues into sustainable solutions. In this role, you work within a GMP-regulated production environment with diverse installations and techniques, including HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic, control, and refrigeration systems.

As a visible leader, you create engagement within the team, stimulate ownership, and know how to find the right balance between daily operations and continuous improvement. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and build bridges between different departments to achieve results together.
