What we're looking for

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field;
  • Relevant experience in an IT or OT environment, preferably within a GxP-regulated organization;
  • Experience with VMware environments and the management of servers, networks, and infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes;
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus;
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, both oral and written;
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented technical mindset;
  • You work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and you are results-oriented in the execution of your duties.

Job Description SummaryAs an OT Specialist, you will ensure a stable, secure, and reliable OT/IT infrastructure within our pharmaceutical production environment. You will manage and optimize networks, servers, and systems that are essential to our operational processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders on the implementation of new technologies and improvement projects, where quality, compliance, and continuity are central. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve malfunctions and actively contribute to the performance and availability of critical systems. You will work according to applicable quality and change management processes within a highly regulated environment. Your location is Eindhoven.Job Description

What you'll do

  • You manage, maintain, and optimize OT/IT networks, servers, and end-user equipment within the production environment.
  • You monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of critical systems and infrastructure.
  • You analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents, malfunctions, and network-related problems.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders on the development and implementation of new technologies and system improvements.
  • You support projects focused on digitalization, automation, and optimization of OT/IT platforms.
  • You execute changes according to applicable change management processes and document them carefully.
  • You actively contribute to compliance within a GxP-regulated environment and follow mandatory quality and compliance training.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that strengthen the efficiency, safety, and continuity of systems.
