What we're looking for

  • At least a completed technical education at MBO-4 level, for example Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
  • Suitable for a recent graduate or a candidate with a few years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of technical maintenance and malfunction analysis.
  • Experience within a technical production environment is desired,

Nice to have

  • Experience within a GMP environment is a plus.
  • Experience with autoclaves, HPLC systems, and/or a sterile production environment is a plus.
  • Good command of the Dutch language.
  • Proficiency in the English language is a plus.
  • Good digital skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Job Description SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician, you play an important role in ensuring the continuity of our pharmaceutical production processes. You perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, thereby contributing to a safe, reliable, and efficient production environment. In this position, you will have the space to further develop yourself: you will start under the guidance of experienced colleagues and gradually grow towards more independence. Naturally, you will work in accordance with the applicable GMP, quality, and EHS guidelines.Job Description

What you'll do

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment.
  • Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions.
  • Performing inspections, checks, and standard maintenance tasks.
  • Identifying recurring malfunctions and discussing them with experienced colleagues.
  • Supporting the analysis of malfunction and maintenance data.
  • Contributing to improvements that increase the reliability and availability of equipment.
  • Supporting the activities of external maintenance and repair parties.
  • Processing and recording technical data in maintenance and quality systems.
  • Working according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Participating in improvement projects, such as LEAN initiatives and Action Workouts.
  • Collaborating with Production, Quality, EHS, and other technical disciplines.
  • Actively developing technical knowledge and knowledge of GMP, quality, and EHS guidelines.
