Job Description

You don't just work on machines; you help build a completely new factory. You will become the technical expert who resolves malfunctions, sharpens maintenance strategies, and ensures that our production lines run reliably under all circumstances. In a high-tech GMP environment involving mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and automation, you can fully indulge your technical curiosity.

Our production lines run 7 days a week. You work from Monday to Friday in a rotating schedule:

• 1× early shift
• 1× late shift
• 3× day shift

On average, you have on-call duty on weekends once every 6 weeks. You first attempt to resolve malfunctions by telephone; if that is not successful, you come to the site.

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you are the expert who understands, resolves, and prevents technical problems. You work on machines and installations that run on a mix of:

• mechanical processes
• pneumatics & hydraulics
• electrical engineering
• control technology & automation

Additionally, you play a key role in the construction of our new factory in Boxmeer - from installation to commissioning.

• Technical point of contact for Technicians and Operators.
• Performing in-depth troubleshooting analyses and resolving complex problems.
• Performing preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans.
• Preparing root-cause analyses and initiating improvement actions.
• Developing training programs for Technicians.
• Project participation as a knowledge carrier during factory construction and equipment installation.
• Hands-on maintenance and participation in shift work & on-call service.
• Drafting and securing work instructions and procedures.

You work accurately, in a structured manner, and feel responsible for a safe and clean production environment. You can communicate effectively with Operators, Engineers, and fellow technicians.

• Completed technical education at a minimum HBO level (mechatronics, electrical engineering, control technology).
• VCA (VOL) and/or NEN3140 - or willing to obtain this through us.
• You can read technical documentation in Dutch and English.
