Good communication skills towards colleagues and customers. WHAT YOU GET A good basic salary between €3,200 and €4,400 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge. Extra net allowances according to the collective labor agreement (CAO), such as "coffee money" and overtime compensation. Opportunities to follow courses at our Mammoet Academy and obtain certificates, including VCA. Working with an extraordinary and unique fleet of machinery, with which we can carry out groundbreaking projects. Work that suits you, sometimes of great scale and sometimes a bit smaller. Working nearby, or all over the world... Whatever you want! More than 25 vacation days per year. And perhaps most importantly: a friendly and informal working atmosphere! WANT TO KNOW MORE? Curious about the application process? You will receive feedback on your application within a few days. The process consists of an initial introductory interview with the department manager, after which a shadowing day may be scheduled. This way, you truly get a look into our workshop and get to meet your future colleagues. If all this goes positively, you will quickly receive a contract offer from us, so that within a few weeks you are standing in our overalls in the workshop! Want more info?
