Working on the reliability of the future

As a Mechanical Planner at Gate terminal, you are the pivot in the preparatory process of our mechanical activities. You ensure that projects run smoothly by preparing work accurately and in detail. You collaborate with various teams and ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and information are available for an efficient execution of the work.

• Identifying and ordering necessary materials and parts.

• Coordinating work preparation activities and ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Drafting work instructions and technical documentation.

• Maintaining contacts with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Consulting/collaborating with various stakeholders.

At Gate terminal, everything revolves around reliability, safety, and efficiency - and that starts with our people. The Maintenance department consists of about twenty colleagues who work daily on the optimal functioning of our LNG terminal. A place where technology, energy, and innovation come together.

Within this department, we ensure that all maintenance meets the highest legal standards and the expectations of our shareholders. We do this through four specialties: Projects, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (C&I), and Mechanical. We work with modern systems and tooling, including our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), which plays a crucial role in the availability of materials and maintenance planning.

You will join a relatively young team of technical specialists. We have short lines of communication, an open culture, and a shared passion for technology. Together, we ensure that the terminal continues to operate safely and stably day in, day out.

Mechanical limits the terminal's sensitivity to any mechanical (WTB) failures. The department manages mechanical technicians and executors to ensure that mechanical systems function optimally, in accordance with company policy, procedures, laws and regulations, HS & E requirements, and the established execution requirements.
