As Maintenance Manager Mechanical Engineering & Building Automation, you ensure that technical installations in our buildings perform reliably. You maintain an overview, manage based on quality, and make smart choices for maintenance, management, and improvement.

As Maintenance Manager Mechanical Engineering & Building Automation, you know all the ins and outs of safe, available, and sustainable buildings. You are a subject matter expert in mechanical engineering installations and building automation. With your knowledge, you translate the needs of stakeholders into concrete execution and contribute to Rabobank's organizational goals.

• Assessing and establishing sustainable multi-year maintenance plans for mechanical engineering installations and building automation.
• Directing the maintenance and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, heat supply, and building management systems.
• Analyzing malfunctions and installation data to make performance smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.

• 36 hours per week.
• Responsible for approximately 200,000 m² of office space.
• 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• Monitoring contracts and performance agreements with suppliers, so that maintenance and management demonstrably remain at a high level.
• Coordinating between technical disciplines and internal stakeholders, so that needs are clearly translated into execution.
• Improving installations with data and automation, with an eye for sustainable solutions towards smart buildings.

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
• Knowledge of building automation and building management systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with the maintenance and management of mechanical engineering installations.
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and heat supply.
• You take ownership in your area of focus.
